With over 16 years of experience in the military, seven years of consulting in a Fortune 500 company, and entrepreneurship background, Jeremy has a breadth and depth of experience needed to quickly understand your business’ human capital and training needs. His combat experience and seven years experience in training the U.S. Army in counter-terrorism, he has the background to help public safety officials design state of the art tactics, techniques, and procedures needed to keep our Nation safe. He also has extensive background in large scale disaster planning and assistance.

Before founding Mishigami Group in early 2016, Jeremy started two franchise companies in West Michigan. Previously, Jeremy held various positions with Booz Allen Hamilton, creating training strategies for the U.S. Military. He is an adjunct professor at both Western Michigan University and Davenport University. He has had numerous positions in the U.S. Army including battalion operations officer and executive officer. He has two tours in Iraq, one as a senior level HR planner and most recently as a strategic level logistics planner.
